Hi I applied online for the veterans I'd card, and tried to upload a photo copy of my government DoD card as well as my driver's license, the problem is in the 3rd step when taking a photo using my cellphone I can not get a photo below 3mb as required the self photo I can get it below 3rd, this step is needed to complete the application submittal I have no luck in this process do I need to go to the nearest VA Official to complete this request?
