There is a sign posted. But, I had went ahead and shown my card without being asked.
No they won't ask you for it.
The sign outside say have your vacation record ready. But I was not asked to show it. I think because we did not sit down inside.
We were there last weekend. They checked our vacc cards before we got served. This was the norm at all the bars and restaurants. Don't hesitate to go. Awesome place, Voodoo daiquiris are the only way to go
