Do you guys hire 13 or 14 year olds

I'm a vendor for DG, but can tell you they hire 18 & up only. You have to be 14 to get a worker's permit, but even then, insurance companies dictate ages to most companies, so even at 16 you will probably find fast food to be about the only option unless you have entrepreneurial skills and babysit, cut grass, walk dogs, etc.

Completely uncertain; however, Janie's response is clear. Most companies do have regulations for hiring ages considering the responsibility placed on the individual employee might be too difficult for most young teenagers.
