For as busy as this place was, maybe hire a little more staff. I'm unfamiliar with this area but it comes off as a very busy tourist spot so maybe you should anticipate the crowds and staff appropriately during the busy season. It was pretty irritating to wait in line for 20-30 minutes when everyone in front of me just had a few basic items like myself. We ended up purchasing anything else we needed from the Food Lion down the road after attempting to purchase things here twice.

Need people working there and not machines. Give employees a decent rate of pay then you would have better customer service

In the garden department my husband and I have been helped by Jacob on a few occasions. Each time he has gone the extra mile to help us find what we needed. He is always pleasant and knowledgeable. A great face for the Walmart brand.

It's a Walmart. What is there to say. It's one of the smaller ones. I'd never seen one before that only had one set of entry/exit doors. But then again, Blue Ridge is a fairly small town with a population of less than 3,000 people. I do wish they'd keep produce clear bags in stock. Perhaps it the covid thing...maybe they can't get a delivery of them. I also wish they'd put back the collection box for plastic bags. It's been missing for 3+ weeks.
