Very disappointed I do not recommend this location the stylet Irene she is also the manger was very rude when I came to cut my hair she gave me a attitude saying did you check in you were supposed to let one of the stylists know your here have you been here before I said yes I’m never coming back here I felt uncomfortable

Checked in on the mobile app, showed there was a 17 minute wait, when I walked in the front door it said there were three minutes left, apparently their system is a few minutes off of the mobile app and I was removed from the entire list only to be told that if I wanted to be back on the list I would have to go down to the bottom. This company continues to disappoint always. Zero customer service. Since this is the third time there has been a discrepancy between the mobile app and what the store says I will absolutely never come back.

I went in for layers, lady was very sweet but didn't realized what she had done to my hair until I got home and straightened :( Don't get me wrong, they did offer to fix it today that I called but im hesitant to go back I won't ever go back there.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.

Maybe this is a new policy since people are claiming that it hasn't happened to them in the past. Next time you go in, when they ask for your phone number, tell them you are a new customer and they will give you a form requesting your name, home address, phone number, and email address. If you opt-out they will refuse you service. Try it if you don't believe me, but I would suggest boycotting them for such practices. In this day and age where almost every company is data mining their customers and selling that information, I feel it is important that we become more privacy conscious and attempt to protect our private data.
