Hey Reeda! We recommend our games for ages 13 and up. We do allow younger players, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. A paying adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 14 and under. Also, any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.
Hey Thomas! There is no designated parking, but there are several spots along the street (the meters are $3 an hour for a max of 2 hours, but are free after 7PM and on Sundays) and there are paid parking lots and garages across the street.

I don't think there is a age requirement. one of the rooms is a playground.
