Don’t bother with this company. They’ll tell you they’re on their way for an hour and a half, won’t show up, and won’t answer your calls afterwards. That happened to me four times in a row when people parked in my spot in an area with very limited and restrictive parking. Not once have they showed up. Pathetic.

Why are there after hour penalties, yet they pick up after hours? Does that seem like a set up? They seem to only tow after hours so that you can pay the penalties. Why is there a charge for the tow and for the gas?
