The staff are fantastic!! They all take such great care of you while donating, always checking to make sure you are comfortable and all is going well - they even scratch itches on your face! Additionally they are most appreciative of you taking the time to donate. Having had terrible experiences with donating in the past I was concerned when I first went but the staff is highly skilled and gentle - not one bruise to be had! The safety precautions are great. Remember you need to wear a mask for everyone's safety. Donate whole blood, platelets, and/or plasma - it's really needed!

Always get in and out when I have an appointment. The staff do a great job and provide a clean sterile environment. The app makes everything so simple with scheduling and completing the rapid pass ahead of showing up. Plenty of drinks and snacks to choose from when you’re done donating. You’ll even sometimes get a free t-shirt. Highly recommend when you’re looking to donate.
