I would definitely not recommend for a pregnant woman. There are handbreaks to slow down the ride but it is difficult to fight gravity as you're going down and you will most likely get thrown around a little bit going around the curves.
Are stated above, the thrill of this ride is speed and the curves are tough at full speed. I would not recommend it for later stages of pregnancy.
