I chose Mr. Griffin to represent me because I am not into trickery. I am an honest person and honesty shall prevail. To whomever has chosen to leave such negative reviews against Mr. Griffin. You may want to reconsider such false accusations especially knowing how long Mr. Griffin has been in practice. What sense does it make for Mr. Griffin to mislead or take anything from anyone of his clients. All that I can say is, check the source. May I ask the false accusers, what came about your claim anyway?

Hired him to represent my son in a matter, he received the down payment and promptly went on vacation to Florida. No contact, no update, nothing. finally returned a call , and had done nothing, and stated my son had no defense. ??Hello that is what your job is! anyway, fired him. He kept 1200.00 for his "TIme" returned the balance of the retainer. Basically he just took 1200.00 probably paid for the florida trip with it. Get someone else.

Questions & Answers

If you been with a woman and she's taking you to court for child support and it's been over 17 years is it possible to get a petition for paternity test to prove that you're not the father ?.

Paul Gibson | Sep 30, 2017
Brad Griffin | Sep 30, 2019

In all likelihood, based upon that limited information, you would find your 17 year relationship with the child to create an estoppel, meaning that you will not be able to raise paternity as an issue.

Can a judge Dismiss the right for a petition if the father chooses to have a DNA test done?.

Paul Gibson | Sep 30, 2017
Brad Griffin | Sep 30, 2019

The Court can dismiss the petition, if the petition does not comply with the standards to raise an issue. But, it would be unusual for a Court to look at a paternity petition and dismiss it outright. It would require the appearance of the parties and a motion in all likelihood.
