they say they will contact you. They get hundreds of resumes so it couldn't hurt to look up the agency see if you can catch a name for direct contact! Or google reviews, LinkedIn.
That was my experience as well. I have a dedicated rep that called me with possible placement opportunities.
Someone will contact you for an in person interview to review your resume.
