This is a horrible service place. If you have hours to waste,come to firestone at chestnut street new britain.i dropped my car for an oil change at 10r5am for an 11am appointment .it is noon my car has not even made it in. My last time here.

Unfortunately this is the only firestone in new britain and they get really busy. Sorry you had this experience. I have had great service and experiences here. Though sometimes there are wait times. Even with an appt. But for the most part they are usually on time and great

This place is the worst place ever i went in for a a/c diagnosis and paid 10 dollars they said I needed it recharged and it will be 110 so I decided to get it done after 2 hours he comes back and says my vents aren't blowing air and it wasn't fixed but wanted 110 and then said for 79 more dollars I could get it fixed I asked why did you say 110 for the service and it would be fixed he said that was just to flush the a/c and 79 more and he can fix it I refused to pay anything and took my keys and left I went somewhere else and for 49.99 it's done right stay away from this place.

I agree this place really sucks I caught the technician trying to jip me on my oil filter. Went inside and gave the manager hell and refused to pay. The manager tried to tell me it was really no big deal. Never will go back again.
