Personally, I think WinCo has the cheapest prices on sodas compared to Walmart, FoodMaxx, Raley's, Etc, etc. I usually get the lacroix sparkling water 12-pack and it is cheaper than the eight packs at Walmart and food Maxx.
Or you can get the water refills for 30¢ a gallon. Better than tap water, not wasteful like bottled water!
I've never seen a 20 pack more than 7 dollars at maximum, usually 5 dollars. Plus soda is terrible for you, water is free!
