The front receptionist Julie and the CT scan tech, Jim were amazing! I'm hard-of-hearing with hearing aids, and Mr. Jim took the time to explain the process to me as I have never had a CT Scan with contrast before. I felt comfortable and was taken well care of during my visit.

Sitter Buttes worked with me on waiting for payment until my settlement. They alsohelped me figure out my bill from another provider. Also their procedures cost a fraction of the cost of Adventist (ex. a CT price through Sutter was 1/5th the price of Adventists for 5 procedures I researched) , and the radiologist review and contrast media is included in that price.

Voice msg says x-rays are done M-F 7:30-3:30. I've now been there 6 times over the past 4 weeks to get an x-ray. I've tried different days & times. Doesn't matter when I've gone. The sign on the door says x-ray is closed. VM needs to be updated.

Very poor service on door sign says only Thursday and Friday x-ray service is of and second time came on Tuesday still receptionist told us agin same thing we are closed for xray make sure you guys update your sign board and google detail as well.
