I have been a patient at families first for a very long time. I love Tony and his staff. They always manage to make time to see me even last minute. The women are always kind and respectful. No matter what my situation is they always make me feel comfortable. Many people struggle with their weight and Tony and his staff completely understand the struggle because they struggle right along with us. I personally know a lot of people that Tony and his staff have helped to achieve their weight loss goals. It is a life time struggle for some of us. Tony and staff I am so grateful for all of you. Thank you for always treating me with respect, helping me with my struggles whatever they may be. You have made a huge difference in my life and many others as well. I hope I am able to continue my care with you for many years to come.

Loved the doctor, but the front desk is a disaster. You feel unwelcome from the moment you walk in, and it takes a while to even be acknowledged. Rather than fill out paperwork, you’re asked personal questions at the desk, in front of others. I counted at least 3 employees sitting around the reception area, talking, eating, complaining, etc. The larger receptionist at the front never actually made eye contact, and responded with nothing when I would say thank you. I’m baffled. Entitled is the word to describe them.. Ya know, it’s not as if she’s an MD, she does paperwork, come on. I can’t believe the front desk is allowed to act this way.

Wish they were still in Gridley... so I could continue to get my regular B12 shots! The staff is friendly and their is never a long wait. PA Chris Johnson is the best if you need to see him for drug or alcohol addiction, please do!!! I highly recommend him. I took a relative who he assisted once and hopefully he will be able to make a difference for those you care about too?!
