Hospital closed in 1970 (I think). No one there in official capacity except security. MANY people walk dogs on the property.
Hospital closed in 2004 and plans to renovate several buildings into a cultural art center are slowly taking way in a few years they will likely finish the art center and tear the rest of the place down
