Hate you had a bad experience. In a fast pace business like that, once you goof it seems to trickle down the rest of the shift and nothing will go right. I used to work there. They are so busy, you work a twelve hour shift with no breaks. So i can see if something goes wrong. Talk to a manager or corporate. Have a good one.
