Ur employees need to serve better. It doesnt take 20 minutes to get gravy and bbq sauce. My husband and i will not be coming back to ur store. The service was absolutely horrible. MY QUESTION IS how can u run a business with retard employees

They do have trouble keeping trained employees, but you don't have to use the "R" word. You must not have heard that it's no longer politically correct much like the "N" word.

I eat KFC almost every day, the last time I went to this location I ordered my usual, with a sweet tea. They gave me unsweetened tea, I took it back to get sweet tea and they gave me unsweetened tea again. Besides that the food was good and hot, and the drive thru was fast.
