Workers were friendly and very nice and quick on getting the food out. Men's restroom was filthy though. Looked like someone peed in the floor and toilet had been used and not flushed. Gross!!!!

So happy that on my last few orders, the employees have proven they can't read. Had to remove another star. Still can't hire people that can read. So happy to have Uber Eats give a credit for the dumb @$$ at our Maryville TN KFC

I waited inside and out. There wasn't anyone working the front.Took me 45 minutes to finally place an order. There was enough working there that this was rediculce. I ordered a 3 piece 2 thighs and a breast no drink cost me over 13.00. What I got was 3 thighs. Good place for a business if they would do they're job instead of getting ready to close hour's ahead of time. Next time that I want your chicken I will make it myself. Could have in the time it took me to get what I did get.

The Chicken Pot Pie Is Vegetables only for the last two months. Mostly carrots and peas and filling. I'm sorry I love KFC but this is scrimping too much. It's on menu as chicken potpie but yet to see chicken. Must have vegetable cream dish if you don't like chicken.
