Are they collecting food for flood victims

They have shops set up to accept donations

I saw some places saying disaster relief yesterday that i went.. but im not sure what they were for..im thinking for collecting though

Thursday the 18th is the Hunger Relief canned food drive. Free admission with 5 cans of food. Not sure if it directly or indirectly helps the flood victims or not.
