Mrs. Taylor your response is called defamation, you replied with a statement that is not true. You know first hand that we are a 3 star facility- and all of management and staff work hard to assure the facility and residents are taken care of. I am sorry you still hold hard feelings- but giving false information for the public to see and cause a negative effect on the company, is against the law and falls under the new Defamation Act as of 2013.
