I applied for a position on Indeed with Randstad, received a email regarding an phone interview, on the day of the interview received another email to let me know the interview was in 2 hours never received the phone call for the interview, tried calling no one ever answer the phone, sent a email to Ashley the person I was supposed to have the interview with never heard back, then a couple of days later received a notice from Indeed saying I wasn't selected for the position

It feels like no one is truly running this company that the company just runs itself!! I talked with your agent Britteny Shea and started working got the first fay in liked the had talked with the boss at the job and he didnt seem to have any issues with me. Had a emergency come up day two and needed to be out just that one day called and emailed Britteny Shea hour and half before my shift (had not heard from her here before that) about 30 mintures after I sent the message to her she sends one back (as if in a by the way ) the company said your not a good fit . and told me the job was over . sent a second email to find out what feed back the company gave and I still have not heard a thing back from her which makes me feel like she lied about it.so I will not do business eith this temp service again but I would like for someone in upper management to get back with. This is not good Business Ethics!!

Terrible to look for work after, that you fill out the documents, they withhold the information and they veto you to work in any other place that you selected, if they decide not to stay, they make sure that then you are left with no other options, their way of proceeding is a dictatorship, they handle the information of people carefully, they are highly toxic.
