The Brainerd location is garbage. The Chili's brand isn't great, but if you have to go to one pick another location.
That's bs... I'd be asking to speak to a manager...
They don't want to add orders to the kitchen if they're already behind but an hour is ridiculous. I'd be upset and asking for a manager
