Haven’t eaten here in years. So glad I did today!!! The drive thru employee was very helpful helping me make my choices. Ordered the family meal because it’s summer and we’re on different schedules. Plus deal had something for everyone. Short wait for food but everything was fresh and hot. I’m not typically a pizza person but it smelled so good, I had to have a sample on my way home. A sample turned into 2 pieces! Never thought about getting pizza there before but definitely will again. Probably my best take out experience in a long time! Definitely will stop there again! Very clean and lots of smiling faces

I recommend the Shallowford rd Fazoli’s to anyone that is craving some fast Italian! Not only was the food delicious, the staff was EXTREMELY nice and accommodating. Adrien was working the dining area and he was super nice and helpful. He went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Thank you for your kindness and the wonderful food! Keep up the great service!

First time being able to come back after almost 6 years, and it was incredible. The food was delicious and came quickly. But my biggest highlight was Mr. Adrien. One of the most incredible servers I have ever had. He took great care of my family, was so friendly, had a terrific sense of humor, and was overall a fantastic server to us. Amazing first experience!

Location was nice. Food was ok. Breadsticks were a bit too buttery and the staff got my wifes order wrong giving marinara instead of meat sauce, but they willingly replaced it which was nice as the staff were friendly. One thing that was weird is that Fazolis cost about the same as Red Robin we went to the following day for a better food experience...
