Academy doesn't really respond on Google. They used to fill tanks, but I don't think they do any more. Call your local store and ask.
Short answer, no. Long answer, according to my Mom who worked there for several years as a manager, technically they do refill C02 containers, but 99% of the time the store is either out of CO2, or their CO2 refilling station is broken. You're better off going somewhere else.
