Meadowbrook Farm is not the same place it was when John Story was the overseer. It's sad that it is no longer a place to find unusual flora
Nowhere near the same place! So very disappointed, Spent $80.00 there today on cacti but their rare cactus and flora are not for sale. We have been going there for over 30 years and I understand "CHANGE" but this is severe. My whole house is covered with their plants but no more! No supplies were available. It was like visiting a doctors office! I cried all the way home. My husband and I joined PHS because of Meadowbrook, not even the flower show. Gardens oh yes you can tour but once you seen it what reason do you have to go back? Sad day today. Mr. Pennock is turning in his grave today. PHS should be ashame of theirselves!
Cyndi, I work for phs's Meadowbrook Farm. We formally reopen to the public April 4th; right now we're closed for extensive remodeling. I'll check in with our growers and get back to you no later than this Tuesday evening March 20. UPDATE: Give em a call, Cyndi. The answer is yes.
I am sure Meadowbrook Farm can help, but they are working on the Flower Show and won't open until April.
