If I could give it no stars I would! Awful customer experience. I get my medications and prescriptions from this pharmacy for years. Every experience is awful. The drive thru is a mess. My worst experience was when I went to pick up my prescription and I put my co-pay on the window pull out. The young lady with above the shoulder red hair let my money fly away because she was too busy talking with the window shut. I just drove away. I called and asked to speak to a manager or GM and I was told the store was In between managers and they could not help me. I have had the techs put the wrong prescriptions on hold and so when I go to pick it up they give me the wrong prescription because they didn't listen and still put the prescription I did need on hold.. They have given me other peoples prescription. I was given a prescription for amphetamine salts that was not my prescription. I had to drive back and switch it out for the right prescription. I have been hung up on, yelled and yelled at. I have heard one technician with long brown hair talk about me to another tech while they were standing in production counting pills. They were so busy starring and talking about me they had to recount 30 pills 6 times. Mind you the entire waiting room is full of customers. I have been told I have no refills left. I have had to beg the pharmacist and the tech to physically pull out my old prescription out of the drawer because the original prescription had refills and whatever tech typed in my prescription made an error. Once they finally agree and see that I am right I am told I have to come back tomorrow because they will not have enough time to fill it today. Meanwhile I saw no yellow waiting baskets. I asked why I would have to come back tomorrow and they had no reason. But Something wonderful happened to me today, I went and attempted to get my prescription filled at the cvs on Jenkintown rd. The one I Have all these problems with. I dropped off my prescription to a girl with blonde hair and glasses. She told me 15 minutes. I thought okay cool. 15 minutes went by and she told me that my medication was on a manufacturing back order and they couldn't fill it. She told me to go to another CVS. I told her that I did not need the medication that was on a manufacture back order because it was a PRN. I asked her to just fill the other medications and I will wait for the prn to arrive. She told me she could not due that. She stated " That would be a lot of work for me and I think you need to take your prescription some were else. I said nothing and walked out. Know the wonderful part. I went to Walgreens right across the street. I was greeted by the nicest pharmacy tech. I had to do nothing but hand over my insurance card and my prescription. My prescription was filled in 5 minutes. Which is record timing considering I was a new patient. He was pleasant and professional. I will never go back to that CVS In Jenkintown for anything ever again. I will tell everyone around me my experience at Walgreens and hope to persuade them.

I've never used that service there but I'm sure they do.
You have to schedule in advance, they are not doing walk-ins. I belive you can schedule same day though.
