I had the absolute best experience finding my dress at Le Bella Donna! Jenn helped me and was such a joy to work with. As a plus size bride I was nervous about what kind of experience I would have but all concerns were quickly put to rest as soon as we walked in! Highly recommend anyone to shop here.

As cheesy as this sounds, I went to 3 different bridal shops to find my dress, and Le Bella Donna is the only one that gave me the "Say Yes to the Dress" experience I was looking for. The selection was great, and my consultant Liz was wonderful. She pulled a ton of excellent options right off the bat despite me giving her only a very vague and limited description of what I thought I wanted. On top of that, she was super responsive to feedback, very knowledgeable about the ordering process, and didn't make me feel pressured to make a purchase before I was ready. All in all, everyone who was part of my shopping experience at Le Bella Donna was so friendly and helpful. There's a reason this place has so many great reviews! The only reason I took off a star is because of alterations. When I picked up my dress they gave me a list of seamstresses and tailors they recommended, but really pushed me to go with their preferred seamstress, Lucy. They said she handles 90% of their brides, knows their dresses inside and out, and does amazing work, so obviously I went with her. Lucy now works out of Le Bella Donna's store and books her appointments through Le Bella Donna, so presumably she is now their in-house seamstress - thus why I'm leaving this review here. When I picked up my dress, the straps were slightly too long and the thighs were too tight - all the seams were pulling horizontally, and I couldn't "sit" so much as gently hover over my seat. When I brought this up to Lucy she said she could fix the straps, but that taking out the thighs would "ruin" the dress. Instead, she told me "It's a bit tight, maybe 1-2 pounds. I'll tell you what I tell all my brides like you - skip dinner the week of the wedding. You have a good breakfast, a light lunch, and a snack around 4:15, then no more for the night. That's all you need. On the wedding day, the dress will fit you like a glove." Questionable diet advice aside, her estimation that I needed to lose "1-2 pounds" was way off. I had to lose close to 10 pounds over the next 2 months before I could sit in my dress (which unsurprisingly required more alterations to the top half, so it's not like we saved ourselves any work). Luckily I was able to do it, so I guess you can say things worked out in the end, but I spent the months leading up to my wedding stressing out about diet and exercise rather than just enjoying it. On top of all that, the seams on one of the straps she altered began to unravel within minutes of me wearing the dress, and had nearly come undone entirely by the time of the ceremony. My bridesmaids had to safety pin the strap in place so I could make it through the rest of the night. I don't want this review to become overly negative, because again, my shopping experience at Le Bella Donna was phenomenal and I can't recommend looking for a gown here enough. Just save yourself the stress and go with a different seamstress, because theirs was just not worth it.

This bridal shop is amazing! From their customer service to their gown collections to their attention to detail, it was the perfect experience. I purchased the first dress I tried on (after trying many more on) and got so many compliments the day of my wedding! Liz helped me through this whole process and she was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!

Le Bella Donna exceeded all of my expectations! I had been to a few other bridal stores before my appointment, but this was by far the best! Right away we were made to feel very welcomed and comfortable. Liz assisted me, and was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I briefly described what I was looking for and she totally nailed it and brought out so many amazing dresses for me to try. I ordered my dream wedding dress and can't wait for it to come in!
