Electric carts were removed from service in April 2017 due to multiple complaints that they were unsafe in the crowded airport. PROSPECT is a 3rd party company contracted to walk wheelchair passengers, unaccompanied minors and other special assistant passengers from gate to gate. Make sure you notate in your reservation prior to coming to the airport that special assistance is needed. Do not wait until you are in the boarding area .
You can contact the airlines and they can prearrange the wheelchair. Also, you can inform any of the TSA Agent, they will help you get one at no charge. All the best!!
