If she is under 18 they will guide her. I don't feel that it is a super huge airport but it does take a min of 11 mins to walk to most sections for a transfer. There are no trains or busses between terminals for transfer. Everything is labeled easily in my opinion compared to many airports I have been to.
I just flew for the first time by myself through CLT. There's no map but it's pretty easy to navigate and tell her to not be afraid to ask someone where to go if she does feel lost.
No not that I saw but all of the support staff are the nicest I've found and were more then willing to help you.
American airlines app has airport terminal maps. And google also shows you where you are in the airport but won't nav you to a gate but airlines one will
Not sure about a map. It's not a huge airport but the signs are very clear in helping you find your way.
