Yes, they have daily and hourly parking I believe. Because I parked there last week and will have to go back. Just follow signs it should be to your left. There is a charge for leaving your vehicle, I guess that would be in the daily parking side. I parked for less than 20 mins and was not charged in hourly.

Yes but it's not free, if you are talking about before you fly out. If you are talking about going to pick someone up, then not really, unless you are willing to walk for a ways.
