Follow signs for arrivals and pull up next to the curb! There will be a lot of other cars doing the same thing, including people picking up friends or individuals working with ride share apps. Signs should be fairly clear about where you go once you map to the airport!
I'm from out of town ,but I would go cell phone lot and then have your guest call when they get to curbside. Its very congested.
