TSA has strict rules about ID documents. A state ID, driver's license, passport, federal ID, ID issued by a government agency with a photo are examples of what may be acceptable. Not knowing what ID's are in your possession, no definite answer can be given. Check TSA website for details.
No.
If you don't have your license, you aren't getting through the TSA.
A picture of you liscense will not be accepted by TSA. They will require you to have your actual liscense to clear through the check point. Additionally, as another local guide indicated, as of this response, residents of 9 states ( Kentucky, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Pennsylvania, South Carolina or Washington) must have a second government issued ID to clear through the TSA check point.
Your picture of it may not be accepted by TSA but any other form of government issued ID should be accepted. Best to get a passport anyway. Some states now or soon will be requiring passports for all domestic flights as well as international. This may soon be required by every state.
