For the most part yes. There are some stairs at the two restaurants, but the rest of the market is accessible. It can be crowded though.

Was just there a week ago and agree with previous reviewer. Market is on one level, street corners are navigable everywhere I saw. Restaurants in downtown area are mostly do-able. It is hot and humid there now: Plan accordingly and a hat is a good idea. Your handlebars may get very hot in the sun....

Yes it is. There are glass doors to get into one section and I don't recall a button to open the doors. However, most people are friendly and would hold the door open for you. The make is several blocks long and it is sort of open air market on both ends and the glass door section is in the center section.

Should be fine its all on level ground. No steps that i remember. Just watch crossing the street between the buildings.
