Yes a few but not many. We went out of season and it was still pretty crowded. If you eat at the restaurants, some have outdoor seating which was very nice. Hope this helps.

I think there might be a few near the bakery, but very congested area. Its a short walk to the park on the water, which is beautiful...fountains, flowers etc.
