Sorry Amber! I just saw your question. No charge for parking! I cannot recall grills. I don't u would have to worry about reserving this time of year. Many options! GREAT FOR KIDS! One requirement - MUST HAVE FUN!!!!!
There is no charge and you can reserve the tables. I do believe there is a stage that you can rent for larger affairs. I thought it said $50.
As stated there is no charge for parking or use of the park. The shelters can be reserved but there are some tables that are first come basis. There is a kid area and a short walk trail around the park.

As already stated parking is free, they do have shelters with grills but you probably need to reserve them. It's a beautiful shady park.
