Why does the person I talk to when I call you so rude? It's not smart to hire someone with an attitude to answer phone calls. Makes customers not want to use your services.

I know what you're about. When I called they were short, but when I went out there, they were fine. Not sure who it is but, maybe, they're better working face to face than on the phone... or, it's a tactic to get people to come out and look at the animals.... instead of asking questions over the phone. .....maybe

Must be just one individual possibly just having a bad moment. Doesn't excuse someone talking rude, but I've been out to this facility on so many occasions and everyone is so kind.
