I volunteer there assisting individuals with social security and Medicare issues. I suggest you contact Ms. Benjamin at the center for rates and dates available.
The class is participatory and open to the public. It's free but there is a "donation chair" if anyone wants to leave a little something. There is no pressure.
At this time, we do not offer the Silver Sneakers program. Please check back however. Several Silver Sneakers agents have contacted us, and we might be able to offer it in the near future.
There is no hotel within walking distance of Lourie with a pool. There are some in the Vista that have pools. However, adjacent to Lourie is a large public pool. I suggest Google map search of the Gervais St corridor from 300 to 1000 Gervais for a hotel. There is also one on Main St, about 4 blocks from the capital that has a pool.
I'm interested in having a baby shower for 70 ppl will your facility be able to accommodate me.
