I had the BEST experience at the Staples in Irmo with Kenna in the printing department. I ordered online and she called me to get clarification on my order to make sure everything was correct. When I came in the store to pick up my print, she painstakingly cut the document little by little until it fit perfectly into the frame I brought. She spent time, effort and attention helping me that I feel like most people wouldn't. I am not good at any of that kind of stuff so her help was SO appreciated. Thanks so much, Kenna!!

I came to this place to print my business cards. The first time around , they had no issues whats so ever. Destiny , scarlet, Wonderful associates. They did what they were supposed to. I dont know about the other ones but the second time around I had to go back to print more business cards, They were having issues with my card. I had told them, i can resend it, which i did. I sent it 3 times through gmail and yahoo. The only way i found out about the issues they were having was because I called. Not them but me. Its been more than 8 days and the only reaponse i get is, i dont know about your issue i will get on it and have somone call you when I called her on it telling her she was the one who initially was taking care of me in the first place Lol, too funny. She then reaponded with yea i know who you are. Come on. Do better. Anyway, i cancelled my order and going somewhere else.

went in on a Sunday to drop off a box with a preprinted shipping label. The center was closed but the Manager Phil was kind enough to open up center and take package and saving me an additional trip. Really appreciated it.

Customer service was extremely poor. No one greeted our family when we entered or left the store and there were no other customers in the store. The employees literally walked by us without acknowledging our presence in the store. The employee in the printing department was frowning even before I approached her with a question and offered NO additional assistance while I attempted to use the self-service print option. She left and the other two employees who replaced her never acknowledged me or offered assistance. I was unable to complete my project and left. Upon leaving the store, the cashier by the door was on a tablet and never acknowledged any of us. I understand why there are low reviews for this location on other sites. Extremely disappointed! It is apparent good customer service is not prioritized.
