Carolina Pain generally takes great care of thier patients. If you're in pain they always find a way to help. NOT for Doc shopping !

Most of the doctors and nurses are great, their office staff that answer phone calls are completely rude and condescending.

Do not use doctor Kamal Ajam. He was my pain management doctor at that facility and this is the second time he has screwed me over. He does not take a lot of time with the concerns of a patient, at least he hasn't with me. But he is now for some reason not willing to see me anymore and prescribed the oxycodone that I have been on for 6 years. And I have not been given a transparent reason as to why. I have asked three times for him to call and explain his reasoning but he has yet to do that and over a week's time. Good luck if he ends up being your doctor.
