I saw Dr. Christopher Gilmore. He was very rude and made fun of me. Never again!

I have had a good experience with each one of my appointments. From check-in to check out I have never encountered a problem. The receptionists are always polite to me. My medical team is very caring.

(Edit: They refunded me. They knew they were wrong for taking my copay and providing no services. Too bad they missed out on over $1k in payment from my insurance by not trying a little harder to verify my coverages- my insurance said to mention COBRA followed by the name of the insurance for proper billing in the future) No compassionate care. Only a money grab! Paying $632 monthly for cobra to continue my insurance and this place "cant see that" and thus proactively called me to cancel my appointment. Rescheduled appointment. Come in for newly scheduled appointment only for them to say the same thing. Attendant had to call her supervisor and she kept saying "Mam I understand that but it doesn't show on my end" as she had obviously rehearsed many times before for those unfortunate to not be able to afford to keep insurance going. Had to email screen shots of my cobra coverage. Like COME ON!!! Update: Got even worse once inside. Dr offered to commence the spinal injections and just needed to check with insurance. Literally never saw the dr again after she went to go ask. No one even bothered to ask me to self pay which the insurance company advised I should have done after the visit was over. When you guys get paid by my insurance and realize you were wrong no one will call to apologize. No one will even care. Seriously you showed your true side today. All about the money.

I was sent to this clinic for shingle neuropathy. The doctor took me off pain meds and gave me belbuca. This infused medication doesn't provide any pain relief. Basically, the Dr. Had options that saciface my quality of life. I am totally disabled 60 years of age and can not get this Dr. To give me pain medication that will allow me to walk and cook a meal. This has been going on for over 2 years. I have gained 50 lbs due to no exercise. However, I can be sick and miss appointments and they can cancel my appointments because a PA is sick. Then have an office robot threaten to have you released from their clinic because you can't make it in. This clinic does not act responsible

My husband and I take pain meds, I am on morphine. Is there any doctor in this town that prescibes meds or do they all just do procedures. We are not rich and our insurance does not cover them without a high copay.

Brenda, I go and at first seen Dr. North. He will do both depending needs and what's working vs what's not. I then started seeing his P.A. Deana Smsrt who is AWESOME. Same thing, they listen and do what needs to be done. I now see Ashley Simon and I would trust any of them. If you need a procedure, they do it. If you need meds, they will do it. I am retired from Law Enforcemet and some of the meds they put me on scared me because of what they were. I was assured they would keep an eye on me and they have. I am very grateful for these doctors. I highly recommend them.

I am a patient

good morning, would like to know if I can get a appointment with one of your doctors for an evaluation on my lower back constant pain. Do I need to have a xray before I go? two, I have Tricare insurance and also medicare. thanks

You need a referral and an MRI. Dr. North is a great doctor, but his financial dept., or Accounts will bug you about every penny your insurance doesn't pay, while your a faithful patient. However, I now see a change in Accounts, and how they handle patients. Dr. North has treated me for several years with injections for back & leg pain, and has done minimally Invasive surgery. He is personable, caring, and skilled. Trust Dr. North. I do!

How long ate they booked out

Depends on the doctor and the procedure. I haven't had a problem with long delays for either.
