I just got a 8 piece. With 2 bowls, had 8 minute wait. That took 20 minutes. Then they were waiting on the Mac and cheese. I wasn't sure if they were waiting on the Mac and cheese or if I was waiting for them to finish their pizza hut?

Yes the quality Services has gone down .I used to go two times a week now it's once a month . (kfc corp. Needs get on the page!!!).

The quality of the food at KFC has gone down badly.the chicken does not taste as good as before. They must of change the receipt. Very greasy .I will never go back to KFC. Sorry colonel.
