Service continues to keep getting worse at this location. The quality of food is also getting worse. The chicken is dry so was probably on the warming tray way too long. The coleslaw tasted like it was spoiled. Wonder if they could even pass a health department inspection?

We went to this location to purchase a $20 Fill-up. We were told immediately that that price could not be honored. This ad was on line with no expiration. We feel like the manager should have honored this price but she said Corporate wouldn't allow her to accept the advertised price. We did still purchase the same order but we did it reluctantly. Not a happy customer!!

The male cashier was horrible. I told him I wanted Three 1 piece breast fill ups and 1 potpie fill up meal. He insisted I was wrong that the meal had 2 sides when it has 1. He rang up 2 sides of potatoes and gravy and I had to remind him of my potpie meal. He overcharged and I had to get another employee to refund and give me the right order. I noticed he had issues with other customers too. He seemed inconvenienced by management asking him to clean. The improvement was this time this store actually had all food bc last time they were out of most of their food. Food barely warm.

I have been really disappointed with the quality of the food at this location recently. It’s not as fresh and hot as it used to be. On top of that, they are promoting order ahead and I have the app, but when you get to the drive through there is this obnoxious sign that says pick up mobile orders inside (in other words, don’t bother us in the drive through). What if a customer can’t physically go inside and carry the food out? Don’t they realize how many other places you can just order online, pay online, and then just roll through the drive through for pickup? Why make it so hard?
