I eat there often and I have never had a second thought about freshness or cleanliness. The food, fruits and veggies are top notch..I've not had better at any restaurant that serves the same food.
They are constantly refreshing the food trays. And I have seen them pull old food off of the buffet if it wasn't past it's prime.
When we were there they were continually checking & making sure everything was stocked.
