You can request a more private table, as in tucked away in a corner, but that's about it.
Depends on how busy the kitchen is. The food is meant to be eaten in so thats their priority, but if they have time they are happy to make carry out. Weekdays are usually okay for carryout and early in the evenings on Fridays and Saturdays.
