Its because they have had a lot of loss due to people stealing at that location, but the one off of Hendersonville Rd is 24/7 still. That was the reason I was given.

It was done for the safety of their customers.They close because of the drugs that were being used and sold in the nearby River Bend park. They have even found dead bodies. The park has since been cleaned up with no more problems. They still close at 1 am and don't allow overnight parking.
