I have a siemec e female cat,she had 2 Babies and someone took the babies and left her, so my sister and I have been taken care of her, but we have to move and can't take her,we also have no money.what can we do?

Sorry you can't keep it but the shelters are over full. If the cat was found then no cost to you if it is yours a small turn in fee may be required
