Call go by there and they may have a website of new arrivals
You have to walk through the shelter.
You can try calling the shelter for the county you reside. That's the most likely place. Or, you can go to the shelter and fill out a lost form, and if they have any animals fitting the description, they will walk you through the kennels to check.
