Terrible place will never spend a dime again in that stealership.
Their customer service is awful and on top of it they do work on vehicles without telling you and then make everything all the customer's fault. Not to mention they're almost 2 to 3 times as much in cost in their pricing for any work or parts needed compared to other comparable car dealership shops in the upstate. I would NOT reccomend this shop not the dealership to anyone ever!

Exceptional Customer Service. I love this place.
I had positive experience with them, so much so that I went back for my 2nd vehicle with them. I've experience the used car (Mr. Richard) side and new car side (Francis) purchasing. Jason in financing is great. Hailey and Jason from Service Dept...to shuttle service person. I had that you experienced rude behavior. Perhaps it was an isolated incidence. I am a stickler for service...as such bad service is an absolute deal breaker for me. I completely understand your were put off. Give them another shot.
I would reccomend them to everyone! They were able to get me financing, which is the first time for me without a co signer. We liked my Outlander so much that 2 days later my husband bought one so that he could get out of his upside down value on his car that he had purchased from carmax 3 years prior. Richard was our salesman and Jason did the paperwork but everyone there was very helpful through the whole process. I would give them 5 stars!
