Called on 9/20/21 to quote materials for a shop build. We separated the quotes into the walls and truss system. Was told I'd have a quote for everything besides trusses that day. And the truss quote/ layout design the next day 5 days later I had to call to get the first quote. Now it's October 5th and still waiting on the truss info/quote. I called today and was given a price, but no lead time, no drawings to have approved and no written quote as promised. Also told I'd get a call back and got nothing regarding the lead time. So 2 weeks, and still nothing that I was promised. Kenneth Lewis was the rep I spoke with at first, not sure on the last 2 people that also didn't keep their word. We'll be taking our current project, and the future deck and fence projects elsewhere. And prices on just the lumber was $498 higher than lowes or GBS.
